Although unfortunately most NY'ers avoid Strawberry Fields like Times Square because of the bus loads of tourists, I took a minute to squeeze my way in to see if the IMAGINE memorial looked any different for the 70th bday. nope..just a mass of tourists standing around, singing, listening to one of the "keepers of the circle" give a shpeil then yell at me for actually standing on the circle telling me to get off because the circle is sinking! uhm.yeah.right.the IMAGINE memorial is sinking into central park. meds anyone.
